110. השלמת הפירוק
תיקון: תשס״ה, תשע״ד־3
מיד לאחר פירוק הקרן ומימוש נכסיה כאמור בסעיף 109 –
(1)יגיש המפרק לרשות ולבורסה דו״ח על מימוש נכסי הקרן שנותרו לאחר מועד הפירוק, על מה שנעשה במזומנים או בהתחייבויות כאמור בסעיף 109(ד) ועל הוצאות הפירוק;
(2)יפקע תוקפו של הסכם הקרן;
(3)ספרי הקרן יישמרו לתקופה של שבע שנים מתום הפירוק.
