116. סכומים מופחתים
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)הרשות אינה רשאית להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים המפורטים בתוספת השנייה, אלא לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)שר האוצר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים, רשאי לקבוע מקרים, נסיבות ושיקולים, שבשלהם יהיה ניתן להפחית את סכום העיצום הכספי המפורט בתוספת השנייה, בשיעורים מרביים שיקבע.
