125. עבירות כדי להטעות או לרמות
מי שעבר אחת העבירות המנויות בסעיף 124 כדי לרמות או להטעות בעל יחידה או מי ששוקל רכישה, פדיון, קניה או מכירה של יחידה, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים או קנס פי עשרה מן הקנס האמור בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין.
