54ב. הפסקה של הצעת יחידות ופדיונן
תיקון: תשע״ז־2
הסמכות הנתונה ליושב ראש הרשות לפי סעיף 48 לעניין הפסקה של הצעת יחידות של קרן פתוחה או הפסקת פדיונן, תהיה נתונה לו גם לגבי הפסקת הצעת יחידות של קרן סל או הפסקת פדיונן.
