6. שם מטעה
תיקון: תשנ״ט, תש״ע־3
(א)לא יהיה לקרן שם שיש בו כדי להטעות.
(ב)הרשות רשאית להורות למנהל קרן, לאחר שניתנה לו הזדמנות להשמיע את טענותיו, לשנות את שם הקרן בתוך תקופה שתקבע אם היתה סבורה שיש בו כדי להטעות.
(ג)(בוטל).
