73א. פרט מטעה
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)בהסכם קרן, בתשקיף, בדוח, בהודעה או במסמך, המוגשים לפי חוק זה לרשות (בסעיף זה – דיווח), לא יהיה פרט מטעה.
(ב)בחוות דעת, בדוח, בסקירה או באישור (בסעיף זה – חוות דעת), שנכללו או שנזכרו בדיווח, בהסכמתו המוקדמת של נותן חוות הדעת, לא יהיה פרט מטעה.
