86. איסור אצילת סמכויות
נאמן או מנהל קרן אינם רשאים לאצול מסמכויותיהם או להעביר מחובותיהם לפי חוק זה; העסקת אדם על ידי נאמן או מנהל קרן, לא תיחשב כאצילת סמכויות או כהעברת חובות, ולא תגרע מאחריותם כלפי בעלי היחידות.
