31. עדכון סכומים
הסכומים הקבועים בסעיפים 29(א) ו־30(א) יעודכנו ב־16 בינואר של כל שנה (בסעיף זה – יום העדכון), בהתאם לשיעור שינוי המדד הידוע ביום העדכון לעומת המדד הידוע ב־16 בינואר של השנה הקודמת; הוועדה לצמצום הריכוזיות תפרסם ברשומות הודעה על הסכומים המעודכנים לפי סעיף זה.
