42. חובת מסירת מידע לממונה על התחרות
תיקון: תשע״ט
כל אדם חייב, לפי דרישת הממונה על התחרות או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך מבין עובדי המדינה, למסור לו את הידיעות, המסמכים, הפנקסים ושאר התעודות שלדעת הממונה יש בהם כדי להבטיח או להקל את ביצוע סמכויותיו לפי חוק זה; לעניין זה, ”מסמך“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 45(ג) לחוק התחרות הכלכלית.
