11. עברות ע״י איגודים
מקום שהוכח כי כל עברה על פקודה זו שנעשתה ע״י גוף מאוגד, נעשתה בהסכמתו או בעזרתו של כל מנהל, מנהל־עסקים, מזכיר או פקיד אחר של אותו גוף מאוגד או שאפשר ליחס מעשה עברה זה לאיזו רשלנות מצדם, הרי גם הוא וגם אותו גוף מאוגד, יחשבו כאשמים באותה עברה, ויהיו צפויים למשפט ולעונש בהתאם לכך.
