17. בקשה לביטול הכרזה
(א)הרואה את עצמו נפגע מהכרזה לפי סעיפים 3 או 9, רשאי להגיש לוועדה המייעצת, באמצעות מטה הסנקציות, בכתב, בקשה לביטול ההכרזה (בסימן זה – בקשה לביטול הכרזה); בבקשה לביטול הכרזה יפרט המבקש את כל העובדות שעליהן הוא מבסס את בקשתו ויצרף את המסמכים שבידיו הנוגעים לעניין.
(ב)הוראות סעיפים 14 עד 16 יחולו לגבי בקשה לביטול הכרזה, בשינויים המחויבים.
