53. בקשה לבצע חיפוש ותפיסה במדינה אחרת
היה לרשות יסוד סביר להניח שראיה או חפץ הדרושים לצורך פעולת חקירה בישראל נמצאים במדינה אחרת, רשאית היא לבקש מאותה מדינה לעשות כל מה שנדרש כדי לגלות את הראיה או החפץ, לתפסם ולהעבירם לישראל, ובלבד שרשות שלטונית בישראל מוסמכת לעשות בישראל פעולה מהסוג המבוקש.
