בלי לגרוע מאחריות העוסק הזר, אחראי התאגיד המורשה באחריות אזרחית למעשיו של העוסק הזר שעמו התקשר לצורך מתן שירותים ללקוחותיו, ויחולו לעניין זה על התאגיד המורשה ההוראות לפי חוק זה, כאילו נתן את השירותים ללקוחותיו, בעצמו; לעניין זה, ”מעשה“ – לרבות מחדל.
