(א)חברה בעלת רישיון לא תעסוק בחיתום.
(ב)חברה בעלת רישיון מנהל תיקים לא תעסוק בכל עיסוק נוסף, שאינו מן העיסוקים המנויים בסעיף 8(ב)(1).
