40ה. פרסום הוראות הרשות
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)הוראות הרשות לפי סעיפים 3(א4)(1)(א), (2) ו־(3) ו־28(ב), אין חובה לפרסמן ברשומות, אולם הרשות תפרסם ברשומות הודעה על מתן הוראות כאמור ועל מועד תחילתן.
(ב)הוראות הרשות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), וכל שינוי בהן, יועמדו לעיון הציבור במשרדי הרשות ויפורסמו באתר האינטרנט שלה.
