2ג4. יידוע הציבור ומנגנון בירור תלונות
תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)בעל הזיכיון יידע את הציבור, באופן שנקבע לפי סעיף 2ג6(א)(5), בדבר הצבת המצלמות, הפעלתן, אופן שמירת הצילומים והאפשרות לפנות לבעל הזיכיון בתלונה כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהאמור בסעיף 4ח, בעל הזיכיון יקים מנגנון לבירור תלונות בכל הנוגע לפעילותו, ובייחוד בכל הנוגע להוראות סעיף 2ג1, אשר יפעל בהתאם להוראות שתקבע הרשות הממונה.
