3. אגרה בעד נסיעה בנתיב מהיר
תיקון: תשס״ו
(א)בעד נסיעה בנתיב מהיר תשולם אגרה.
(ב)השר, בהסכמת שר האוצר ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, יקבע את סכומי האגרה או את דרך קביעתה ושינויה.
(ג)סכומי האגרה יכול שישתנו, בין היתר, לפי סוג הרכב, מרחק הנסיעה, ימי הנסיעה, שעת הנסיעה, גודש התנועה באותה דרך ומספר הנוסעים ברכב.
(ד)(בוטל).
