3ב. תנאים לשימוש בנתיב מהיר
תיקון: תשס״ו, תשפ״ב
(א)לא ינהג אדם ברכב בנתיב מהיר, אלא אם כן מתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)ברכב קיים אמצעי זיהוי על פי הסכם תקף;
(2)האגרה בעד אותה נסיעה שולמה מראש או שולמה במהלך הנסיעה בנתיב מהיר, הכל כפי שקבע בעל הזיכיון באישור הרשות הממונה;
(3)חל פטור מתשלום אגרה לגבי אותה נסיעה לפי הוראות חוק זה.
(ב)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא יחולו על:
(1)נהיגה ברכב שאין לעכב או למנוע את נסיעתו בנתיב מהיר לפי חוק זה;
(2)על נסיעה בנתיב המהיר המנוי בתוספת.
