29. סכומים מופחתים
(א)הרשות אינה רשאית להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים המפורטים בתוספת השנייה, אלא לפי הוראות סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)השר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע מקרים, נסיבות ושיקולים שבשלהם יהיה ניתן להפחית את סכום העיצום הכספי המפורט בתוספת השנייה, בשיעורים שיקבע.
