45. סודיות ושימוש במידע
(א)חברת דירוג ועובדיה לא יגלו מידע שאינו ידוע לציבור בקשר לתאגיד מדורג, למכשיר פיננסי שנקבע לגביו דירוג או להליך הדירוג.
(ב)חברת דירוג ועובדיה לא יעשו שימוש במידע כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), אלא לשם פעילות דירוג.
(ג)השר, לפי הצעת הרשות או בהתייעצות עמה ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין אופן שמירת המידע האמור בסעיף קטן (א).
