53. פרסום ברשומות
(א)הוראות שקבעו הרשות או יושב ראש הרשות לפי חוק זה, אין חובה לפרסמן ברשומות, ואולם הרשות תפרסם ברשומות הודעה על קביעת הוראות כאמור ועל מועד תחילתן.
(ב)הוראות לפי סעיף קטן (א) וכל שינוי בהן יועמדו לעיון הציבור במשרדי הרשות ויפורסמו באתר האינטרנט של הרשות, ורשאית הרשות להורות על דרכים נוספות לפרסומן.
