(א)בית דוד בן־גוריון והמכון למורשת דוד בן־גוריון (בסימן זה – המוסדות) יהיו תאגידים.
(ב)המכון לחקר המדבר יהיה חלק מאוניברסיטת בן־גוריון בנגב.
