12. סדרי עבודת מליאת המוסד
(א)מליאת המוסד תתכנס לפחות חמש פעמים בשנה; נשיא המוסד יזמן את ישיבות מליאת המוסד, יקבע את מועדן, מקומן וסדר יומן וינהל אותן.
(ב)לישיבות מליאת המוסד יוזמנו גם החברים היועצים וחברי הכבוד, ואולם לחברים היועצים ולחברי הכבוד לא תהא זכות הצבעה.
(ג)המניין החוקי בישיבות מליאת המוסד הם רוב החברים הבאים במניין.
