2. תזכיר ותקנות לאגודה בישראל של החברה הקיימת
שר המשפטים רשאי לאשר תזכיר התאגדות ותקנות של חברה מוגבלת בערבות, שיוגשו לו על ידי החברה הקיימת, לשם הקמתו של גוף מואגד בישראל להמשכת פעולות החברה הקיימת שנוסדה והואגדה בגולה.
