23. מענק לבעל דרגת נכות נמוכה מ־25%
עובד – למעט שוטר וסוהר – שפוטר אחר חמש שנות שירות מסיבת מצב בריאות לקוי כשדרגת נכותו נמוכה מ־25% והוא זכאי עקב פיטורים אלה לפיצויי פיטורים, ישולם לו נוסף לפיצויים אלה מענק בשיעור של אחוז אחד מסכום הפיצויים לכל אחוז מאותה דרגת נכות.
