תיקון: תשמ״ז, תשע״ט, תשפ״ו
עובד שירותי הבטחון שנפטר בזמן שירותו בשירותי הבטחון או עובד שירותי הביטחון שזכאי לקצבת פרישה ונפטר, ושאיריו זכאים מחמת פטירתו לתגמולים לפי חוקי השיקום כהגדרתם בסעיף 34(א), יחולו על השאירים הוראות סעיפים 23, 23א, 26 ו־32(ה) לחוק שירות הקבע בצבא הגנה לישראל (גמלאות) [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ה–1985, בתיאומים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
