66. יציאה לקצבה לפי החלטת נציב השירות
תיקון: תשל״ז־3, תשס״ד
(א)מקום שבסעיף 18 מדובר בגיל 60, יבוא במקומו גיל הפרישה לגננת בכל מקרה של יציאת גננת ותיקה לקצבה.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף 18 רשאי נציב השירות לדחות את הוצאתו לקצבה של עובד הוראה לפי אותו סעיף עד יום 31 באוגוסט הסמוך שלאחר היום שבו הגיע עובד ההוראה לגיל פרישת חובה, כמשמעותו בחוק גיל פרישה, התשס״ד–2004.
