תיקון: תשס״ד
מקום שסעיף 94 חל על גננת והיא הגיעה לגיל הקבוע לגביה, בהתאם לחודש לידתה, בחלק ב׳ בתוספת השניה בטרם שירתה חמש עשרה שנה, ייקרא הסעיף כאילו נאמר בו, במקום הסיפה שלאחר המלים ”על אף המותנה“ – ”אם היא גננת ותיקה והגיעה לגיל הפרישה לגננת“.
