10. תפקידי הוועד המנהל
תפקידי הוועד המנהל –
(1)להתוות את קווי הפעולה של המרכז;
(2)לאשר את תקציב המרכז שהוכן על ידי ראש המרכז ולהביאו לאישור המועצה;
(3)לפקח על ביצוע קווי הפעולה של המרכז ועל תכניותיו;
(4)לדון בדינים וחשבונות שהמבקר הפנימי של המרכז יגיש לו ולקבוע מסקנות.
