14. בקשה לאישור
(א)בקשה לאישור קופת גמל תוגש בידי חברה מנהלת או מבטח, ותכלול את הפרטים, האישורים ומסמכים אחרים שקבע השר.
(ב)לבקשה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) המוגשת בידי חברה מנהלת תצורף טיוטת תקנון קופת הגמל; לבקשה כאמור המוגשת בידי מבטח תצורף תכנית הביטוח.
(ג)הממונה רשאי לדרוש מהמבקש נתונים ומסמכים נוספים על אלה שנקבעו לפי הוראות סעיפים קטנים (א) ו־(ב), ככל שייראה לו דרוש לשם מתן החלטה בבקשה.
