17. שינוי התקנון
(א)לא ייעשה כל שינוי בתקנון קופת גמל, אלא באישור מראש ובכתב מאת הממונה; שינוי בתקנון שלא ניתן לו אישור כאמור – בטל.
(ב)על שינוי בתקנון תימסר הודעה לעמיתים או תפורסם הודעה בציבור, הכל בדרך שיורה הממונה.
