30. שעבוד ועיקול של נכסי קופת גמל
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)נכסי קופת גמל אינם ניתנים לעיקול.
(ב)חברה מנהלת לא תשעבד נכסי קופת גמל שבניהולה, אלא לצורך קיום עסקה בעבור קופת הגמל, ובתנאים שיקבע השר, באישור ועדת הכספים.
