44. עדכון עיצום כספי
(א)הממונה רשאי לעדכן את סכום העיצום הכספי ב־1 בינואר של כל שנה, לפי שיעור השינוי שחל במדד, מהמדד האחרון שפורסם לפני יום השינוי לעומת מדד חודש נובמבר 2005; כן רשאי הממונה לעגל את סכום העיצום הכספי לסכום הקרוב שהוא מכפלה של 10 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)הממונה יפרסם, בהודעה ברשומות את סכום העיצום הכספי המעודכן.
