54. תביעה בשם קופת גמל
היועץ המשפטי לממשלה רשאי, לבקשת הממונה, לתבוע בשם חברה מנהלת, בעבור קופת גמל שבניהולה, נושא משרה בחברה המנהלת, בשל נזק שנגרם לקופת הגמל או לעמיתים בקופה, ממעשה או ממחדל בניגוד לחובותיו כלפיה או כלפי העמיתים לפי הוראות חוק זה, הוראות התקנון או הוראות כל דין אחר.
