60. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצועו של חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצועו.
(ב)תקנות לפי חוק זה יכול שיהיו לכלל קופות הגמל והחברות המנהלות אותן, או לגבי סוגי קופות גמל או קופות גמל למטרות מסוימות, והחברות המנהלות אותן.
