101. תנאים ברשיונות ואיסור העברה
(א)המוסמך לתת רשיון, היתר או אישור לפי חוק זה רשאי להתנותו בתנאים ולהגבילו.
(ב)רשיון, היתר או אישור שניתנו לפי חוק זה אינם ניתנים להעברה.
