109. התאמת הוראות לאגודות שיתופיות
תיקון: תשנ״ב
מקום שמדובר בחוק זה בדירקטוריון, בדירקטור או במנהל עסקים יראו, לענין מבטח או סוכן ביטוח שהוא אגודה שיתופית, כאילו מדובר בועד או בפקיד, לפי הענין, כמשמעותם בפקודת האגודות השיתופיות, ומקום שמדובר בו בהון מניות יראו כאילו מדובר בסכום ההשתתפות של החברים באגודה השיתופית.
