14. איסור עיסוק
(א)לא יעסוק אדם בביטוח אלא אם יש בידו רשיון לפי סעיף 15 ובהתאם לתנאי הרשיון.
(ב)לא יעסוק מבטח אלא בענפי הביטוח הנקובים ברשיונו.
(ג)מי שעיקר עיסוקו בביטוח מחוץ לישראל, ואינו עוסק בישראל אלא בביטוח משנה, לא ייחשב כעוסק בביטוח לענין חוק זה אלא אם הוא חברה שהואגדה בישראל.
