23. פיקוח על תאגיד שרשיונו בוטל
תיקון: תשע״ו־4
(א)מי שרשיונו בוטל חייב למלא אחרי כל ההוראות החלות על מבטח לפי חוק זה כל עוד קיימות התחייבויות שנתן למבוטחים לפני ביטול הרשיון.
(ב)הממונה רשאי ליתן למי שרשיונו בוטל הוראות בדבר ניהול עסקיו ככל שהדבר נראה לו נחוץ כדי להגן על המבוטחים; אין בהוראה כאמור כדי לפטור את מי שרשיונו בוטל מאחריותו להתחייבות שנתן לפני ביטול הרשיון.
