30. הסכם בין סוכן למבטח
תיקון: תשס״ה־4, תשע״ו־4
לא יתווך סוכן בין כל אדם לבין מבטח אלא אם קיים בינו לבין אותו מבטח הסכם בכתב שבין תנאיו חיוב הסוכן בשני אלה:
(1)להחזיק כספים שגבה ממבוטחים בחשבון נפרד שינוהל על ידו כנאמן של המבטח, כפי שיורה הממונה;
(2)להעביר למבטח עד ליום ה־15 בכל חודש או עד למועד מוקדם יותר שעליו הורה הממונה לגבי סוגים של חוזי ביטוח כפי שהורה, כספים שגבה ממבוטחים בחודש הקודם.
