41ח. תנאי כשירות
תיקון: תשס״ה־4
שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע תנאי כשירות לנושא משרה, למנהל כללי, למנהל סיכונים או לאקטואר, במבטח, וכן למי שעוסק בניהול השקעות במבטח או מטעמו, ורשאי הוא לקבוע הוראות לענין עיסוקים נוספים במהלך כהונתם או עיסוקם בתפקיד כאמור, וכן לקבוע, ככל שהדבר נדרש לשם הגנה על המבוטחים, מגבלות שיחולו עליהם בתום הכהונה או ההעסקה.
