42א. פרט מטעה בדוח או בהודעה
תיקון: תשס״ה־4
(א)לא יהיה בדוח או בהודעה שהוגשו לפי סעיף 42 פרט מטעה; על פרסום פרט מטעה בדוח או בהודעה כאמור יחולו הוראות פרק ה׳ לחוק ניירות ערך, בשינויים המחויבים.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”פרט מטעה“ – לרבות דבר העלול להטעות אדם סביר וכל דבר חסר שהעדרו עלול להטעות אדם סביר.
