הממונה, עובד הכפוף לו, או מי שפועל מטעמו, לא יגלה ידיעה ולא יראה מסמך שנמסרו לו מכוח תפקידו או סמכויותיו לפי חוק זה, אלא לצורך הליך פלילי, או אם הממונה ראה צורך בכך לשם דיון בועדה.
