66. סמכות הממונה בקביעת חובות רעים
תיקון: תשע״ו־4
(א)היה הממונה סבור כי חוב מסויים, כולו או מקצתו, שחייבים למבטח הוא חוב רע, או כי נכס של מבטח רשום בספריו בסכום העולה על ערכו אותה שעה במכירה ממוכר מרצון לקונה מרצון, רשאי הוא להורות למבטח להפריש לקרן מתאימה סכום כנדרש לאותו ענין.
(ב)דין הוראה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) כדין הודעה לפי סעיף 65.
