תיקון: תשס״ה־4
פעולה כלפי צד אחר בניגוד להוראה שניתנה לפי סעיף 68 שעשה מבטח או מי שסמכותו לעשות את הפעולה הותלתה או הוגבלה או מי שהושעה או שהועבר מתפקידו על פי הוראה כאמור – לא תהיה בטלה מטעם זה בלבד.
