83. תוקף פוליסות
נסתיימה תקופת הביטוח על פי חוזה ביטוח תוך תקופת ההפסקה, רואים אותה כאילו הוארכה בהסכמת הצדדים עד לתום 30 ימים מיום ביטול האכרזה, זולת אם קודם לאכרזה גילה אחד הצדדים לחוזה כי אין בדעתו להמשיך בהתקשרות או אם המבוטח התקשר בחוזה ביטוח עם מבטח אחר; לגבי תקופת ההארכה תחול חובת תשלום דמי ביטוח לפי השיעור שנקבע להם בחוזה הביטוח, יחסית לאורך התקופה.
