תיקון: תשע״א־3, תשע״ו־4
מפר שנמסרה לו הודעה על כוונת חיוב, זכאי לקבל לידיו את כל המידע הנוגע להפרה שלדעת הממונה נחוץ לשם קבלת החלטה לפי סעיף 92א7; מידע כאמור יועמד לרשות המפר אצל הממונה ממועד מסירת ההודעה כאמור.
