92ב. עדכון עיצום כספי
תיקון: תשס״ה־4, תשע״ו־4
(א)הממונה רשאי לעדכן את סכום העיצום הכספי ב־1 בינואר של כל שנה, לפי שיעור השינוי שחל במדד, מהמדד האחרון שפורסם לפני יום השינוי לעומת מדד חודש נובמבר 2005; כן רשאי הממונה לעגל את סכום העיצום הכספי לסכום הקרוב שהוא מכפלה של 10 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)הממונה יפרסם בהודעה ברשומות את סכום העיצום הכספי המעודכן.
