92ז. סכומי עיצום כספי מעודכנים
תיקון: תשס״ה־4, תשע״א־3
העיצום הכספי יהיה לפי הסכום המעודכן ביום מסירת דרישת התשלום, ולגבי מפר שלא טען את טענותיו בהתאם להוראות סעיף 92א4 – ביום מסירת ההודעה על כוונת חיוב, ואם הוגש ערעור על דרישת התשלום ובית המשפט הדן בערעור הורה על עיכוב תשלומו – לפי סכומו המעודכן ביום ההחלטה בערעור.
