98. אגרות
שר האוצר רשאי להתקין תקנות בדבר –
(1)אגרה בעד מתן רשיון למבטח;
(2)אגרה שנתית למבטח לכל ענף ביטוח שבו הורשה לעסוק באותה שנה;
(3)אגרה בעד מתן רשיון לסוכן יחיד ולסוכן תאגיד;
(4)אגרה שנתית לסוכן יחיד ולסוכן תאגיד;
(5)אגרה בעד בחינה;
(6)דרכי תשלום האגרות ומועדי התשלום;
(7)ריבית והפרשי הצמדה שישולמו על אגרה שלא שולמה במועד.
